Stay Healthy With Your Juicer Guide

Are you always wanting to stay in good shape but never sure quite how? It can be tough to change both your diet and exercise routines. But becoming a juicer requires very little effort. All you need is a machine and the right fruits and vegetables, and you’ll be off and running!

Juicing is one of the best ways to get a serious dose of nutrients into your body with only a minimal effort. While cooking is important, most of us don’t have the time to prepare meals that take a long time. Thankfully, there’s juicing. There are three main health advantages to juicing, and this article will make you aware of them.

When our body digests foods, the bulk matter of the food must be broken down before getting to the nutrients stored inside. This is why some people have such trouble with tough meats – their bodies are unable to break down that thick material. But since juicing breaks down the foods beforehand in the juicing machine, your body can absorb all the nutrients immediately with little effort. These nutrients can then quickly get into your system and start to replenish your muscles and keep you moving and thinking sharp.

Most doctors and nutritionists recommend eating four fruits and four vegetables each day. Each day. Most of us know that we’re nowhere close to meeting that amount, if half even. But with juicing, you’re using more fruits and vegetables than you’d ever eat on your own. Juicing is the best way to get your daily requirement of fruits and vegetables. There is no debate over this point. With each glass of juice, you’re getting such a concentrated amount of vitamins, nutrients, and fiber that your body will be singing! Few of us know much about the major vitamins and nutrients. Both antioxidant vitamins C and E  prevent the damaging effect of free radicals on artery walls. They prevent blood from sticking, clotting, becoming toxic as well as helping to lower triglycerides levels (Here is more info about how to lower triglycerides). Good to great levels of vitamin C can be found in most vegetables and fruits. For the health benefits of juicing vitamin E you can use blackberries, kiwi, asparagus and spinach in your juicer recipes. Potassium and magnesium are essential for proper heart function and a regular heart beat. Blackberries are a good source for both these minerals.

The third major benefit of using a juicing machine is that you’ll begin to detoxify your liver. The liver’s function in our body cannot be overstated. Most notable, the liver cleans the body’s blood by removing toxins and waste from it. Antioxidants beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, and N-acetyl cysteine are potent liver cleansers. In addition, B-vitamins riboflavin and niacin also aid liver cleansing.  (Cabbage, brussel sprouts and cauliflower have been found to be great for the liver, so consider using them if you have liver trouble or want to stay vigilant in keeping your liver clean).
