Potassium and magnesium are essential for proper heart function and a regular heart beat. Blackberries are a good source for both these minerals.

The third major benefit of using a juicing machine is that you’ll begin to detoxify your liver. The liver’s function in our body cannot be overstated. Most notable, the liver cleans the body’s blood by removing toxins and waste from it. Antioxidants beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, and N-acetyl cysteine are potent liver cleansers.
