Incidentally, I am not a fan of Kale, but have been trying to substitute Kale where possible for spinach. I mention this because I have found w/in the pages of this book two tasty recipes that allow me to get some Kale into my system and enjoy it too! Namely, these are Kale Strawberry Kiwi and Kale Banana Avocado. Needless to say, they each are devine.

I’ve always loved smoothies and I’ve been collecting recipes to keep it interesting. I love the recipes in this book specially the avocado yogurt milk. There are a lot of tips here on how you can mix and match the ingredients as well as advice on making the best smoothies for you and your family to enjoy. Great!
